The redevelopment of a former farm in Gloucestershire has recently been completed to produce a high quality residential property, Guest Wings, Entertainment facilities and Swimming Pool, for a private Client. In addition to the heating, ventilation, electrical, lighting and communication & alarm services, Bob Costello Associates were involved in the design of site infrastructure services including standby generator, waste treatment plant, fuel storage and distribution and services reticulation from central plant.

The house was extensively re-modelled internally to provide an elegant traditional atmosphere with discreet provision of modern levels of environmental comfort and technological facilities.

As with all country estates numerous bathrooms and associated major hot water provision was required to meet the demands of Country House parties.

Extensive improvements were made to the estate landscape and gardens to create an atmosphere more appropriate to a country estate rather than a farm.
